We recommend espresso be rested for 14 days, and 7 days for filter brewing.

We categorize our coffee in 5 distinct ways based on the larger flavour profiles we identify. They are:

EPOCH 6

This is your classic coffee tasting profiles.

Based on the profile we love most at 6AM.

Decadent, Approachable, Familiar, and Consistent.

Always YELLOW.

EPOCH 9

The everyday black coffee.

Based on the profile we love most at 9AM.

Features predominantly washed and clean processed coffee.

Always GREEN.

EPOCH 3

Adventurous, here to push the boundaries on coffee.

Based on the profile we love most at 3PM.

Rare varietals, experimental processing, exciting flavours.

These coffees are best tasted with a bit of funk on the playlist.

Always BLUE.

EPOCH 12 (DECAF)

Decaf drinkers are the best.

A phenomenal approach to deliberate decaffeinated selections.

Either EA or Swiss Water.

Always CORAL.

EPOCH X (EXCLUSIVE)

The rarest coffees we source. Ready for competition.

These coffees are exquisite and sourced to be a 'wow'.
