Epoch Exclusive - Best of Tolima 2024 #15 (Colombia) EPOCH X - Rare & Exquisite, All Coffee

These coffees were won by Epoch Chemistry at the Best of Tolima Auction in Colombia in Q4 of 2024. We were honoured to have been selected as the only Canadian judge for the competition as well. This lot is a honey processed Tabi that finished 1st in the semi-washed category.

The producer Gabriel Ricardo was incredibly gracious, and his focus on intentional fermentation was simply inspiring.
