EPOCH 3: El Indio (FILTER) EPOCH 3 - Funky & Wild, All Coffee

Finca La Planadas in Tolima grows and processes some of the most vibrant coffee we enjoy here at our roastery. This coffee was carefully hand - picked in order to use only the ripest cherries, later hand sorted to remove any defects. Coffee is sundried on raised beds under temperature-controlled conditions until the moisture content of 11% was achieved. This microlot is 100% Caturra and was naturally processed in cherry at 25 degrees celcius.
